Invalid NHI.
A valid NHI Number has 3 letters (but never letter O or letter I) and 4 numbers. The last number is calculated from the 3 letters and first 3 numbers and is called a checkdigit. This means a typo or incorrectly recorded NHI will be invalid most of the time. Double check the NHI.
Invalid ANZDATA ID.
A valid ANZDATA ID has 6 digits and never starts with a zero. Double check the ANZDATA ID.
Invalid Date.
Four digit years are always required. American dates (m/d/y) are not allowed. Slash, "/", dot ".'", dash "-", and space are allowed to separate day, month and year. Months can be 3-letter short form (Jan, Feb, Mar etc, capitalisation does not matter). A date can also be 8 digits with no spaces (eg 31122010, 01062013, zeros are required for single digit day or month). Dates far in the past or in the future are not allowed in most places (future allowed sometimes).

Invalid Height.
Height in centimeters must be whole number only (no decimal point), between 50 and 260. Do not enter "cm", just the number.
Invalid Fluid Volume.
Fluid volume in litres must be between 0.0 and 3.0. Do not enter "L" for litres, just the number.
Invalid Weight.
Weights in kilograms must be between 3.0 and 400.0. Do not enter "kg", just the number.
Invalid Serum Albumin.
Albumin in grams per litre (g/L) must be a whole number and between 5 and 99. Do not enter "g/L", just the number.
Invalid BP (Blood Pressure).
Blood Pressure in mmHg must be a whole number, Systolic between 40 and 350, diastolic between 15 and 250 and difference (pulse pressure) between 10 and 200. Values outside these ranges are highly unlikely, if such a case occurs, enter the BP in the comments section. Do not enter the '/' (Pressing the '/' key will move to the diastolic BP field).
Invalid Kt/V.
Kt/V must be between 0.1 and 8.0. Values outside this range are highly unlikely, if such a case occurs, double check the value, and enter the Kt/V in the comments section.
Invalid CrCl.
CrCl must be between 5.0 and 400.0. Values outside this range are highly unlikely, if such a case occurs, double check the value, and enter the CrCl in the comments section.
Invalid D/P.
D/P Creat must be between 0.05 and 1.20. Values outside this range are highly unlikely, if such a case occurs, double check the value, and enter the D/P Creat in the comments section.
Invalid Number.
This number must be a whole number only, with no decimal point.
Invalid Clearance.
Clearance in L/week, must be whole number only, and between 0 and 499, dialysate clearance must be greater than 10.

(Transferrin Saturation). Acceptable range 0-100. No decimal point or '%' symbol allowed.
